5. Payment Users may make credit card payments via our call center.
1) Users shall make a phone call to our call center to make credit card payments by telephone.
2) The credit cards used to make payments for the purchases of goods sold at our website have to be owned by Users themselves.

6. Termination or suspension of service The services may be temporarily unavailable without any prior notice to the Users in the following cases. We shall not be responsible to compensate for any losses or damages that the User due to the use of the services or unavailability of the services

Users bears all responsibilities for any actions they have taken in relation to our service and are required to solve any problems that may arise between them and any third parties at their cost. Cancellation deadline
The deadline for the cancellation of a reservation made through our website is 10:00 a.m. of one day before the appointment date.
Due to the nature of the services provided, the payment will not be refunded in principle if a cancellation request is not received by the deadline.
If you wish to cancel an appointment or change the date or time after the cancellation deadline, please contact the salon directly.
Refund of credit card payment
If the cancellation is requested before the deadline, the credit card payment can be refunded. The refund is performed based on each card issuer’s policy. The cut-off date for payment and refund may vary depending on each card issuer. No cancellation fee is charged.
For refund requests after the service has been carried out, a valid reasoning is required to be provided upon request and will be subject to approval.
